Math - practice some addition and subtraction problems using your BTBs and Open Number Line strategies if you have time. Special thanks to our Veteran's Day guests, Mr. Davis (Harper's grandpa), Mr. Werner (Nicholas's grandpa), and Mr. Farrington (Camryn's family friend). The students and I learned many new things about life in the military and what it means to serve our country. Happy Veteran's Day on Saturday! The last day for our canned food drive is this Monday the 13th. We've brought in 47 cans so far. Please help us meet our class goal of 100! We will have no homework for the month of December (school incentive from the Tritt Mazing Race) however, students should still continue reading each night! Don’t forget to have your child fill out their 200 Book Club reading logs!
